Areas of expertise
02 — Approach
Architecture and development, under one roof.
The same team designs the project, secures the permits, runs the site — and understands the numbers behind it.
ATELIERS 157 combines architectural design with a real-estate finance culture. This dual perspective, rare in a studio of this size, changes the nature of the dialogue with the client: design decisions are made with full knowledge of their economic consequences.
For a developer, an investor or a public client, this means a short decision chain, deadlines met and architectural ambition that does not come at the cost of budget overruns.
03 — Expertise
Full expertise at every stage.

From concept to construction, we create unique spaces that reflect your vision.
